Ugandan singer and businesswoman Hajara Namukwaya most known by her stage name Spice Diana together with Hope for Katanga Kids Project has extended relief items worth millions of shillings.
The relief items include Matooke, Rice, Maize flour, basins, soap and several basic utilities and we’re distributed to over 100 vulnerable families at a function organised at the Buganda Road playground in the Katanga neighbourhood.
Spice Diana informed Entebbe Post that she understands what it means to a lack food or utilities and thus she draws the power to share with those in need.
Spice Diana has been a stalwart donor in the COVID-19 period, she has made several relief donations with a notable one that was made to DJs and the Triplets Ghetto Kids.
Hope for Katanga Kids Project is an NGO aimed at helping the less privileged and Street children in Katanga realise their dreams and keep them off the street.
At the same function, Directors of Hope for Katanga Kids project Micheal Jackson Mugema and George Mutabazi launched a fundraising drive to establish a school and a home for street children that dwell in and around Katanga.
