Satire! How Bobi Wines car shot teargas canister at his leg – Police

In a seemingly interesting bid to match his Predecessor Fred Enanga who could make believe the impossible truth out anything like when Police was patrolling Bobi Wine’s home in Magere at night with a drone, the former Police Pro told the world that the NUP principal had seen a star at short distance, which was also making noise above his home.

Now new Police PRO, ACP Rusooke Kituuma in a seeming attempt to out master Enanga released a statement in which he said Bobi Wine sustained injuries while getting into his vehicle, a white Toyota V8 Land cruiser, as the police force fired teargas and Live ammunition to disperse a huge crowd of NUP supporters that was blocking the road as Hon. Kyagulanyi Robert left a thanksgiving ceremony for Mr. George Musisi (Lawyer), in Bulindo, Kiira Municipality, Wakiso District in an alleged huge procession  on Tuesday.

However, videos that have since circulated on Social media and medical reports of teargas canister fragments being found in Bobi Wine’s leg from paramedics at Nsambya Hospital where he was rushed for treatment after the onslaught by the Police put Kituuma’s statement to question.

In the videos shared online last evening, one will beg to ask if Bobi Wine’s car a model, resembling Dr Kizza Besigye’s car was specifically modified by Toyota to load and fire teargas canisters at people for Bobi’s own protection but it unfortunately fired upon him yesterday.

In the first video, a Police officer is seen pulling out a pistol and loads a round into the chamber to obviously shoot before a senior to him pullsbhim back, stopping his intentions, however a voice in the background of a yet to be identified officer commands the junior officers to shoot at Bobi wine and his entourage.

In a third video, as Bobi wine’s security detail tries to help him access his car amidst a rain of bullets and teargas from the police, they are seen scampering for dear life as a teargas canister is shot at the car, which then blasts showering fragments, one of which hit Bobi wine’s left leg and is seen falling to the ground and surrounded by his personnel who shield him away from any further danger.

This then begs a question on the Police statement narrative that Police officers on site saw Bobi wine stumble while getting into his vehicle (whose doors were actually closed at the time of the blast) causing the injury, that is going to have him undergo surgery today at St Francis Nsambya Hospital to remove teargas canister fragments.
