UPDF Chopper crashes in Entebbe

A chopper supposedly belonging to the Uganda Peoples Defense Airforces has crushed at Spots beach, a recreation center in Entebbe. The beach is close the airbase and UN Regional Service Center
It is not clear where the aircraft was heading. However such air crafts usually land at Entebbe Old airport to load and off load passengers before heading to Kajjansi airfield and Kololo.
It is not clear whether all occupants in the AF 109 Grande chopper survived.
The crash comes days after another helicopter said to belong to the Uganda Peoples Defense Forces crashed in Mogadishu with soldiers on board during operations against Alshabab Militants.
Both the Police and Air force spokespersons would not immediately divulge details of the crush.
