Miguna Miguna attacks President Kagame for attending Gen Muhoozi’s birthday

Kenyan Politician Miguna Miguna has described Rwandan President Paul Kagame as a tyrant who joined “African looters in stealing from your people.”

Miguna was responding to Kagame on twitter who was returning from Uganda where he attended Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s birthday.

Gen Muhoozi celebrated his birthday on April 23rd and a luncheon was held in his honor by President Yoweri Museveni who is also Gen. Muhoozi’s father.

In a twitter message, Miguna said, ““Mr. @PaulKagame: You used to inspire millions of African freedom fighters. Until you over-stayed in power. Became a tyrant. Joined African looters in stealing from your people. And now, you have reduced yourself to the level of a village idiot – celebrating silly birthdays.”

Several tweeps have negatively and positively responded to Miguna in equal measure.

The Politician was sent to exile in Canada about four years ago by Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta and has severally attacked Kenyatta and Raila Odinga, the Kenyan opposition leader.
