National Unity Platform’s Stuart Lubwama has gracefully bowed out of the Entebbe Member of Parliament race a day after the Electoral Management Committee chose Micheal Kakembo over him.
In a message shared across his several social media platforms, Lubwama congratulated Micheal Kakembo upon emerging the winner of the tightly contested slot.
“Great thanks go to you all my family, comrades, the media, and my adherents- I am eternally beholden. I won’t mention names since the list is too long.” he streesed in his message
” Unity being one of our party tenets, I would therefore like to prod everybody to recuperate behind our flag bearer in unity so as to bring triumph home as a united team.” he added
Lubwama will be rallying behind his fellow party member, Micheal Mutebi and as well mobilise for Party presidential Candidate Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu in the forth coming 2021 general elections.
