Entebbe Regional Referral Hospital has today discharged 3 more patients that have from the Corona virus disease. The 3 have taken the national tally to 55 recoveries from the Nobel Viral disease.
Entebbe Hospital initially had 32 Corona virus disease patients and since 29 patients have fully recovered and 3 are still on their road to recovery.
Dr.Moses Muwanga the medical superintendent discharged these patients and handed over their to Dr.Nsereko Christopher the team leader upon certifying their recovery.
Dr.Moses Muwanga assured the public that soon the disinfection process of the Hospital premises will ensue and normal operation will resume once the remaining 3 patients are discharged.
Dr.Nsereko applauded the efforts of the frontline staff in the treatment of patients and appeals to public not to stigmatise ex-patients who have won a worthwhile fight against Covid19.
Aisha Nabbanja a resident of Nsambya kevina in an exclusive interview with Entebbe Post, vividly narrates how she contracted the Nobel virus.
Aisha says upon reaching Nsambya from Turkey, residents were suspicious and wanted to burn her when she failed to produce the document backing that she was negative from Covid19,police rescued her from locals and rushed her to Mulago Hospital where she tested positive and later transferred to Entebbe General Hospital for further treatment.
