CAA Boss neglects wife, nine children in Entebbe
Emmanuel Kasagga, one of the Accounts officers at the Uganda Civil Aviation Authority has been accused by his wife and mother of his nine children of neglecting, abandoning them in a house in Lugonjo, a suburb in Entebbe municipality.
Nalongo Rehemah Kasagga, while responding to a comment made by his husband on Entebbe One whatsapp platform said, the husband spends a lot more time boasting while neglecting his family without food and basic needs.
Kasagga had posted seeking to organize a party of one of the senior officials within Entebbe Municipality who was recently transferred.
Nalongo Kasagga responded saying, it is a good idea to organize parties for such senior civil servants who are leaving the area after good service but asked him to also support his family which he allegedly neglected.
“Its not a bad idea but do you also look after your family? It is not good to live a false life. First care for your family before you make other people happy. Sometimes I wonder,” she wrote.
The comment raised much more arguments amongst the dwellers in Entebbe municipality who accused the accountant of irresponsibility.
The community accused him of taking his children to a low end primary school and instead spends more time with his second wife in Busambaga with whom he allegedly sired a child.
Kasagga and Rehemah are alleged to have sired nine children including two sets of twins before having a bitter argument that led to separation.
He has severally been seen with his new catch posting her on his tiktok page.
It is not the first time the wife accused Kasagga of abandoning his family. However, Rehemah also accused the husband of only buying a sack cassava flour, delivers to them each time he is accused of failure to take responsibility.
However, Kasagga denies any wrong doing. In an interaction with one of our reporters, the Accountant said, he is being blackmailed yet he cares for his whole family with medical and other basic needs.
