Daniel Kyabayinze is confident to secure the Busiro North Member of Parliament seat in the forthcoming elections in 2021; if he secures the party ticket against fellow NRM and Incumbent Dennis Ssozi Galabuzi and former Vice President Gilbert Bukenya.
Kyabayinze has been able to cover the largest section of the constituency and he has been evangelizing the gospel of his Manifesto with a keen interest in Healthcare and healthy living, creating employment for the youth, Education, and ensuring a stable income for all households and other special interest groups.
However Kyabayinze says that safety of the electorate from COVID-19 must be very key in order to have a successful electoral process.
The Doctor says that the government needs to do much more to prevent the catastrophe that may arise from not respecting the set guidelines by the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organisation during the electoral period.

Daniel Yafeesi Kyabayinze was born and raised in Busiro North. He attended Budo Junior School for his Primary education and later joined King’s College Budo.
He earned a Bachelor’s of Medicine and Surgery from Mbarara University of Science and Technology, attended a fellowship clinical attachement in obstetrics and gynecology from Manchester in the United Kingdom.
He would later be awarded a Masters degree in epidemiology from Makerere University, and extensively do another fellowship in Malaria and Labaratory procedures from the United States.
Dr.Kyabayinze is among the only few Ugandans that have defended a Ph.D. at the University of Antwerp in Belgium. He has worked with Makerere University, Mulago Hospital, the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization and other organizations.
